Baked beef ribs
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I knew that such a dish existed in some cookbooks, but the four-hour cooking time never really appealed to me. Then, for the first time, I saw it—ready, beautiful, and, according to those who had tried it, delicious—in a movie! That's when I decided that three hours in the oven wasn't so scary after all. So I finally gave it a try. Everyone at home was delighted! Now I frequently use this simple recipe for baked beef ribs—it's perfect both for weekday meals and when I need to set a festive table. The finished dish is ready to serve.
