Baked salmon with zucchini and onions

Description

This dish can be served directly from the parchment paper—simply unfold it and transfer to a plate. Garnish the salmon with vegetables, fresh herb sprigs, and lemon slices. This appetizing dish turns out very aromatic and delicious.

    Wash the zucchini under running water. There is no need to peel them. Cut off the ends from both sides of the vegetables and slice the zucchini into half-centimeter thick rounds.

    Peel the onion or white salad onion, wash, dry and slice thinly into half-rings.

    Take four pieces of parchment paper for baking and place zucchini on them, then add onion slices. Finely chop the butter and place it on the vegetables. Also, top each with a few lemon slices.

    Place a salmon fillet, previously washed, dried, and deboned, onto each parchment packet with vegetables. Then season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Wrap the parchment, pressing the edges tightly. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the fish with vegetables for 20 minutes until fully cooked. If you want the salmon to develop a crust, open the parchment 5 minutes before it's done.
