Wash the fish, clean it, remove the innards, and rub with salt.

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, and sour cream. Add salt, pepper, and finely chopped garlic. Chop dill and add it to the resulting sauce. Coat the fish inside and out with the prepared mixture.
