Description
Suitable for both holidays and everyday meals. Brie melts beautifully and turns tender amid the walnut caramel, so serve it at the table right away. You can serve it with unsweetened cookies or crackers and a dry red wine. Serve the appetizer at the table.

Prepare the ingredients.

Place the Brie in a suitable baking dish. Sprinkle brown sugar on top.

Coarsely chop the nuts and spread them over the sugar.

Place the Brie dish in a hot oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20–25 minutes. Remove the dish with the cheese and serve immediately.
