Baked Omelet
Description
Suitable for both holidays and everyday meals. This cooking method differs from the usual one in that the eggs are not beaten, but only lightly mixed with a fork. You will need a small baking dish to preserve the height of the omelette. Eat it immediately after baking. You can add sausage, cheese, or herbs. It can be served warm or chilled.
