Baked Potato with Herb Sauce

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash the potatoes, leaving the skin on. Use large potatoes. Place them on a baking tray and put in the oven.

Mix the chopped herbs, salt, and pepper with the cream.

After one hour, check the potatoes: the knife blade should pass through them easily.

Place the hot potatoes on a plate and put a spoonful of sauce in the center. Potatoes can be served as is, or with a small green salad, and why not add a few slices of sausage?
