
Baked potatoes with mushrooms
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Layer all the ingredients in a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in the oven. Serve hot.

1. Prepare the ingredients. Peel the potatoes and onions. If necessary, boil the mushrooms.

3. Sauté the onion in vegetable oil (lightly).

4. Add mushrooms to the onions, salt, add spices and fry a little longer.

5. Slice the potatoes into 5-7 mm thick slices. If the potatoes are large, first cut them in half lengthwise.

6. If you're using a silicone baking mold, there's no need to grease it with oil. Now layer the ingredients: potato, salt, spices, pepper, mushrooms with onions, and a little mayonnaise. Continue layering in this order until you run out of ingredients.

7. I ended up with 3 layers. Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.

8. Meanwhile, grate the cheese on a coarse vegetable grater.
