Baked Potato Slices in the Oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. It's a perfect side dish for meat or a delicious dish on its own! I recommend baking young potatoes, so you don't need to peel them—just wash them thoroughly and cook with the skin on. The potatoes don't have to be baked in wedges; you can slice them into rounds or halves. Serve hot, accompanied by a tasty yogurt-based sauce.
