Baked goose stuffed with apples
Description
Roast goose stuffed with apples is served with baked potatoes and separately baked apples. The apples, baked separately in halves, are used to decorate the goose. When baking both the goose and the apples, be sure to periodically baste them with fat, broth, or pan juices to keep them moist. The same applies to the potatoes. You can boil the whole goose before roasting, which will reduce its cooking time. When the goose is fully cooked, clear juice will come out when pierced. Good luck and enjoy!
