Oven-Baked Bell Peppers
Description
This appetizer is quick and easy to make. Oven-roasted bell peppers are incredibly versatile. In our family, we add them to salads (they pair wonderfully with all kinds of ingredients), sandwiches (bread, cheese, and these peppers—oh, perfection), and appetizers. You can even just eat them plain, because they’re so delicious. The peppers turn out tender and soft… words can’t do them justice. I recommend trying oven-roasted bell peppers—you’re sure to love them ;)
