Wash and cut the bell pepper into wedges; make sure no seeds are left on the inside.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Place the peppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, skin side up. Drizzle the peppers with olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes.

Grate the Parmesan. Remove the peppers from the oven and turn them over. Season the peppers with pepper and sprinkle them with grated cheese. Return to the oven for another 3 minutes, until the cheese is nicely browned. Your baked bell peppers are ready!
