
Baked apples with cottage cheese
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Golden apples with a delicious filling can be served as a dessert for lunch or dinner, or as a snack between main meals. You can bake them with sugar, honey, or a sugar substitute—choose according to your taste preferences. Serve chilled.

Wash the apples in water and remove the cores with seeds. You can use apples of any variety, but if they are sour, simply add a little more granulated sugar.

Mix cream cheese, sugar, and a couple of pinches of ground cinnamon in a deep container. If vanilla-flavored cream cheese is available at the store, buy it. The dish will have a more aromatic taste.

Fill the apples with the cottage cheese mixture, leaving a little space for the juice to escape. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the apples for about 15–20 minutes, depending on their size.
