
Baked apples with dried fruits
Description
Baked apples with a golden crust are delicious both hot and cold. They can be served with a scoop of any kind of ice cream, along with aromatic coffee, tea, cappuccino, or latte. The key is not to overbake them, so they retain their shape.

Rinse the dried fruits in water to remove dust from their surface. Chop the apricots and prunes into small cubes and mix them with raisins and sugar in a deep container.
