Baked apples for children
Description
The dish is easy to prepare. Baked apples can be made in large quantities ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for about 2-3 days, reheating in the microwave for dessert or afternoon snack. The apple pulp can be served with pancakes, blinis, or pancakes, or used as a filling for buns and pies. The ready dessert can be served at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. If desired, you can substitute flower honey with granulated sugar.
- 2
Step 2

Wash the apples in water, then remove the core using a knife or a special kitchen tool designed for seed removal. Be careful not to pierce the bottom of the fruits so that the honey doesn't leak out during baking.
- 3
Step 3

Place any variety of floral honey into the indentations, add a couple of drops of lemon juice, and sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Instead of honey, you can use sugar or any syrup if there's an allergy to honey. The honey won't become carcinogenic; it will simply lose its beneficial properties, while the sweetness will remain and be absorbed by the apple flesh.

Step 4

Place the fruits in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees for 20-25 minutes, baking until tender. Then remove and let cool slightly.

Step 5

Serve at the table with warm aromatic tea, cookies, and sweet pastries.
