
Baked pork ribs
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Baked pork ribs can be served either as an appetizer or as a main course. If you decide to serve the pork ribs as an appetizer, accompany them with the sauce you used to coat the meat before baking. If you're preparing ribs for lunch, serve the dish with pasta or potatoes as a side. So, let's prepare baked pork ribs. Serve hot.

1. Rinse the ribs thoroughly under cold water, let them dry slightly, then cut into portion-sized pieces (about 3-5 ribs each).

2. Finely chop the onion and garlic.

4. Prepare the meat sauce: mix onion, garlic, and ginger. Add honey, soy sauce, and tomato paste. Mix well. Place on the stove and bring the sauce to a boil. Cook until the onion becomes soft.

5. Blend the finished sauce in a blender.

6. Next, brush the pork ribs with the prepared sauce and set them aside in a cool place for 1-2 hours, allowing the meat to marinate well.

7. Preheat the oven. Once the ribs have marinated sufficiently, place them on a baking sheet or in a baking dish greased with vegetable oil, and put them into the preheated oven. Bake the ribs at 160°C (320°F) for 60–90 minutes. Periodically baste the meat with the sauce. If the ribs brown too quickly, cover them with foil.
