Baked morels

Description

The recipe won't take much time. After gathering a basket of morels, clean them with a small knife. It's better not to wash the mushrooms with water, as they absorb it. It's best to clean them right after picking, before placing them in the basket—this way they clean more easily, and the dirt will dry off later. Serve hot.
