Instructions
- 1
Step 1

In a small saucepan, bring lightly salted water to a boil. Then add the rice and cook until fully done for as long as indicated by the manufacturer on the package. Then pour rice vinegar into the cooked rice and mix everything thoroughly. Let the rice cool.

Step 2

Now you need to make a spicy sauce for your future rolls. To do this, mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, garlic passed through a press, and finely ground hot pepper in a small bowl.
- 3
Step 3

In a separate bowl, mix crab meat and salmon, first cutting both ingredients into small pieces. Instead of crab meat, you can use high-quality crab sticks, and any other red fish can be used instead of salmon.
- 4
Step 4

Cut the nori sheet into small strips so you get five to six pieces.
- 5
Step 5

When the rice has cooled, shape it into small oblong patties. You can do this by hand or using molds. For this recipe, it’s best to use rice with high stickiness; otherwise, the patties will fall apart.
- 6
Step 6

Now wrap the finished flatbreads with pieces of nori. To help the seaweed stay in place and not unwrap, moisten the ends with water.
- 7
Step 7

Place 1 teaspoon of the crab meat and red fish mixture into each resulting "basket." Then drizzle spicy sauce on top. Bake the rolls in an oven preheated to 200°C for five minutes. Serve the dish hot.
