Prepare the marinade. To do this, in a suitable deep dish, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, cumin, rosemary, pepper, and salt.

Place the pork ribs into the marinade. It's up to you, but I still recommend separating the ribs into individual bones, approximately as shown in the photo.

We thoroughly "bathe" the ribs, doing it by hand and carefully. Place the ribs into a baking bag, pour the remaining marinade over them, and let marinate for at least a couple of hours.

After the ribs have marinated, take a baking sheet and arrange them tightly on it. Fill the gaps between the ribs with potatoes seasoned with salt and pepper. Place the loaded baking sheet into a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for approximately 40–50 minutes.
