Baked Cucumbers
Description
Baked cucumbers — an insanely delicious and addictive appetizer (the principle: you won't rest until you've eaten it all). A very budget-friendly option, since the dish is made from whatever you have at home. What I like most about this snack is that baked cucumbers crunch incredibly appetizingly and you end up with quite a lot of them. The appetizer pairs well with beer. Serve with herbs and sauce.
Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare the batter you'll dip the cucumbers in. In a convenient bowl, beat two eggs, add the flour, and keep beating until smooth. Then add Tabasco, soy sauce, salt, pepper, seasonings, and garlic powder. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 2

Cut the cucumbers into elongated rounds and place them on a paper towel. Pour breadcrumbs into a flat plate. Grease the rack with oil.

Step 3

Dip each cucumber piece in the batter, then coat in breadcrumbs and place on the rack. Do this with every cucumber. Then put the rack in an oven preheated to 180°C (on the lowest rack) for about 10 minutes. By the way, to keep the oven clean, line a sheet of foil under the rack ;)

Step 4

After 10 minutes, take out the ready baked cucumbers. Transfer them to a plate and serve. This appetizer is best served with some sauce.
