Baked chicken wings with potatoes
Description
To prepare lunch, take chicken wings and wash them thoroughly. Cut them into pieces at the joints. If the wings have tips, it's better to remove them. Marinate the wings in soy sauce with garlic, lemon, and pepper. There's no need to add salt to either the meat or the potatoes—the sauce contains enough salt. Cut large potatoes into 8 pieces, smaller ones into 4-6 pieces. You can brush the potatoes with vegetable oil before baking, but this is optional. Place them in an ovenproof dish, then arrange the wings and marinade on top. Bake covered with foil, then remove the foil for the last 10-15 minutes to brown the meat. Before serving, sprinkle or garnish with fresh herbs.
