Baked Zucchini Fritters
Description
Baking is simple and quick. Many people love zucchini fritters, but if you fry them in oil, they turn out too greasy and unhealthy. That is why I recommend making baked zucchini fritters—a much more wholesome dish. They come out juicy on the inside, while the outside gets covered with a crispy crust. In my opinion, they are best served with a cold sour cream and garlic sauce, although you can also serve them simply with sour cream. They can be served with tea or coffee.
Instructions

Step 3

Grease a baking sheet with oil, then place the pancakes made from our zucchini mixture on it. Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees, then flip the pancakes and bake for another 5–7 minutes. Done! Serve with your favorite sauce.
