Baked pears in the oven
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Looking at the recipe, you might think there's nothing diet-friendly about sweet pears with sugar. But believe me, it's better to eat such a delicious pear than a piece of cake :) And it's much healthier too! Baked pears in the oven retain the vitamins of fresh fruit. Thanks to the sugar, which bakes together with the pear and saturates its juice with sweetness, the pear becomes very sweet, so you won't be able to eat many of them. This is what makes all baked fruits good, not just pears :) Yet you'll feel satisfied easily! For me, the best dessert is baked pears in the oven. The ready dessert can now be served.
Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Let it heat up. Split the vanilla pods lengthwise with a thin knife, chop them into pieces, and scrape out the seeds. Mix vanilla and sugar together in a bowl.
- 2
Step 2

Peel the pears.
- 3
Step 3

Remove the cores from the pears. Place the pears on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Put a piece of butter in the center of each pear and sprinkle with vanilla sugar.

Step 4

Bake the pears in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Then take them out and turn them over so they are upside down. The sugar should have already turned into caramel; you can spoon the caramel over the backs. Return them to the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes. The pears should become soft.

Step 5

Check if the pears are already soft, then take them out. Let them cool slightly and serve :) If you're on a diet, serve them with mint leaves :) If not, serve with whipped cream or ice cream :)
