Baked white mushrooms

This recipe won't take much time. 1. I really enjoy cooking baked white mushrooms at home. This king of mushrooms is truly magnificent in any form. White mushrooms can be baked in various ways: with potatoes, under a cheesy crust, stuffed with chicken, etc. I suggest a classic recipe for baked white mushrooms. 2. Wash the mushrooms thoroughly and cut off the stems. 3. Fill each cap with cheese (optionally, with cheese and vegetables). 4. Wrap the mushrooms in foil and bake at 180°C (356°F) for about half an hour. 5. When serving, drizzle the mushrooms with sour cream and sprinkle with fresh herbs. 6. Alternatively, you can place the mushrooms in a baking dish, pour sour cream over them, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until fully cooked. Serve hot.
