Boneless chicken thighs baked in the oven
Description
The marinade recipe is simply universal. You can even marinate meat for grilling in it—it turns out amazing! Those who like sweeter meat should try adding a spoonful of orange juice and a spoonful of honey. This marinade works best with chicken thighs, though you can also use drumsticks, wings, or even chicken breast, which will turn out incredibly juicy.
Instructions

Step 1

1. To prepare the marinade, crush the dry mustard seeds in a mortar. Then add all the dry spices (basil, cumin, pepper), as well as mustard and finely chopped chili pepper.
- 2
Step 2

2. Press 2-3 garlic cloves into the marinade using a garlic press. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice and 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce. If the soy sauce is very salty, one tablespoon will be enough.

Step 3

3. Sprinkle everything with black pepper, although those who prefer can add a mixture of various peppers to the dish. Also, mix one-third teaspoon of dry ginger with the rest of the marinade. If you're using fresh ginger, finely chop it and mix it in for a very spicy aroma.

Step 4

4. Wash the meat under running water, pat it dry with paper towels, and use a knife to remove the bone. Also trim off any excess skin. To help the marinade penetrate better, prick the meat with a fork. It's best to use coarse salt for salting.

Step 5

5. Dip each chicken thigh into the marinade one by one. Let them marinate under plastic wrap for 10 minutes. Of course, the longer the meat sits, the more tender and juicy it will turn out in the end.

Step 6

6. Just before cooking, pour a few tablespoons of olive oil over the meat. Sometimes mayonnaise can be used, although the result will be different.

Step 7

7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the chicken thighs on it. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes. Our juicy, spicy and delicious meat is ready!
