Beat the egg with one tablespoon of water.

Prepare the apple — cut off the cap (but do not discard it), carefully remove the core.

Remove the skin.

Mix cinnamon with sugar, then generously sprinkle our apple with this mixture.

Insert a caramel candy into the apple core. Cut strips from puff pastry and carefully wrap the apple with them.

Brush the apple with beaten egg. Carefully wrap the apple in foil and place it in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes wrapped in foil (at 200°C), then remove the foil and continue baking until the pastry is golden brown.
