Baked meat
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. There's actually nothing difficult about cooking the meat—just make a flavorful, rich marinade and let the meat absorb all its aromas and flavors for a sufficient amount of time. It's best to use a roasting bag, as the meat will cook in its own juices, resulting in tender and juicy meat. I recommend serving this dish with roasted potatoes—it will be very delicious. The ready dish can now be served.
