Baked meat

Description

The recipe won't take much time. The meat turns out tender and melts in your mouth. Moreover, you get a hot main dish together with a side. This dish is absolutely not embarrassing to serve to guests, as the flavor of such baked meat is amazing. If you don't have Worcestershire sauce at home, you can easily make it yourself using soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar. Serve hot.

   Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.

   Rub the meat with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.

   Slice the onion into half-rings, cut the carrot into half-moons, dice the celery, mix everything together and place in a baking dish. Pour broth over the top.

   Place the meat in the center of the pan and sprinkle everything evenly with thyme.

   Bake for 4-5 hours, periodically basting the meat with broth.
