
Baked chicken breast with potatoes

Cut the pepper and leek. Rinse the potatoes.

Finely chop the bacon.

Slice the chicken breasts into small pieces.

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Heat a frying pan and add the chopped bacon. Fry the bacon over medium heat until it becomes crispy. Set the cooked bacon aside.

Place the fillet pieces on a preheated skillet, season with salt and pepper to taste, and fry on both sides. Set the cooked fillet aside with the bacon.

Add the potatoes and a couple of tablespoons of butter to the same skillet. Sauté over medium heat for a couple of minutes.

Add the sliced leek and pepper. Continue cooking until the onion and pepper turn brown.
