Baked salmon fillet
Description
Baked salmon fillet is very quick to prepare and requires no effort. You can cook rice and bake the salmon at the same time. Use fresh herbs to make the salmon tastier and juicier. Once the fish is cooked, you can drizzle it with lemon juice, but I find the lemon zest I add to the herbs sufficient. In short, this baked salmon fillet recipe is as simple as it is versatile—you can modify it to your liking and will hardly be able to ruin it. So, here's how to do it:
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Take the salmon out of the freezer 30 minutes before cooking. It's better to thaw fish, in particular, at room temperature rather than in the microwave. Finely chop the onion, dill, and parsley. Mix them with lemon zest and add olive oil.

Step 2

Prepare a baking pan. Line it with parchment paper. Place the salmon skin-side down, season with pepper, then turn it over and top with a little mixture of herbs and onions.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the salmon for about 25-30 minutes. Fish doesn't need much time to cook. You'll see when it's done. Good luck to you
