
Baked cod with mushrooms and peas
Description

In fact, you can prepare any fish fillet this way, add any vegetables and herbs, and replace Mozzarella cheese with, for example, suluguni. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Wash the cod fillet and cut it into portion-sized pieces. Season with salt to taste and sprinkle with lemon juice. Beat the egg with a fork and prepare the breadcrumbs.

Heat a frying pan and add a little olive oil. Dip the fish pieces in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides until golden brown.
