Beef veal baked in foil on a barbecue
Description
There's nothing better than cooking outdoors, especially meat, and doing it on a barbecue is pure magic! For preparing veal roasted in foil on the grill, I had a nice piece of high-quality veal, with a bone, actually—but that's even better. I recommend using various herbs—rosemary, thyme, mint—especially mint, as it will give the meat a unique and wonderful aroma.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Wash the meat and marinate it—more precisely, rub it with spices to taste and sprinkle with herbs.
- 2
Step 2

You can also sprinkle with lemon juice, and add mint in whole sprigs.
- 3
Step 3

While the meat is marinating, prepare the grill. First, grill the meat on the grate.
- 4
Step 4

Then wrap it well in foil and roast in the embers until cooked. The aroma will let you know. This is what the meat looked like after roasting.
- 5
Step 5

And this is how it turned out after baking. Our foil-baked veal on the grill is ready! It's time to bring out the wine or something stronger and enjoy the dish.
