Baked salmon in foil
Description
I bake each piece separately, but you can leave the fish whole instead of portioning it. The bean bed will serve as your side dish; you can replace the beans with other vegetables such as bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, or zucchini. Serve the dish slightly cooled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
Take 6 pieces of salmon fillet, wash them, and place them on a paper towel, then gently pat dry to remove excess moisture.
- 2
Step 2
In a bowl, mix parsley and dried dill, add garlic and onion powder, salt to taste, and mix. Coat each piece in the spice mixture.
- 3
Step 3
Wash the beans and divide them into 6 portions. Tear off 6 pieces of foil, place beans in each, put a piece of fish on top, and wrap tightly.
- 4
Step 4
Bake the fish in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about half an hour.
- 5
Step 5
Take out the fish and unfold the foil; the fish turns out very tender and juicy.
