Baked salmon
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If you're a confirmed perfectionist or training to be a chef, I can offer you one more tip: buy a device that measures the internal temperature of food (meat, fish, chicken). It's a useful tool. For example, salmon can be considered ready when its internal temperature reaches 48–50 degrees. Serve hot.

Step 1

So, if you have a whole fillet, cut it into portion-sized pieces. Often, they vary in thickness, which prevents the fish from cooking evenly. I suggest making a cut in the pieces and folding them together, as shown in the photo, so the salmon cooks perfectly and looks attractive. We'll bake it on foil without oil.

Step 2

Season the fish with salt. Mix mayonnaise, chili pepper, lime juice, and lime zest. Generously coat the fish with this sauce.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Bake the fillet for 18–20 minutes. Carefully transfer the pieces onto plates, garnish to taste, and serve.
