Baked Milk Corn

I'm sure you've never cooked corn this way before! I came across this recipe in a foreign magazine, and indeed, Americans really love corn and prepare it quite differently from how we're used to. The combination of cheese and corn, along with basil, creates a whole new taste experience. Give it a try—Americans certainly know their corn!

   1. Remove the husks from the corn and grill (over charcoal) on all sides.

   2. Meanwhile, in the dishes where we will serve the corn, mix the butter pieces, cheese, and spices.
