Grilled corn (on the coals)
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This grilled corn on the cob is easy and quick to prepare. I can't specify the exact time—just watch the corn carefully: it should turn golden and slightly wrinkled. You can serve the cobs whole, or scrape the kernels off with a knife into a plate. This is an excellent addition to shashlik and baked potatoes. Be sure to try it. Serve hot.

1. We will be baking on coals. So wait until the fire burns down to hot red embers. In the meantime, remove the husks from the corn. Place it over the coals.

Step 2

2. Don't forget to flip occasionally. Don't worry about the "scorched spots" that appear; this is how it should be.

Step 3

3. That's it! Pour the juice of half a lemon over the cooked corn and generously sprinkle with salt and spices. Delicious, healthy, and quick!
