
Baked pork rack with bones
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The pork loin turns out very tender and flavorful. Juicy meat with vegetables makes a great option for a family dinner. This dish is also perfect for a festive table. Try it yourself. Serve hot.

1. Rinse the bone-in pork loin thoroughly under running water, pat dry with a paper towel, and cut into portion-sized steaks. Make shallow cuts on the sides to help the meat absorb the marinade better.

2. In a separate bowl, mix mustard, oil, black and red pepper, add soy sauce. Finely chop the garlic and add it to the marinade as well. Mix thoroughly until no lumps remain.

3. Place the bone-in pork loin into the bowl with the marinade, thoroughly coat the meat with the marinade to ensure it absorbs the flavors well. Marinate in the refrigerator for 6 hours, or preferably overnight.

4. Line the bottom of the baking dish with foil, preferably using several layers to prevent juices from leaking. Take leek, rinse it thoroughly, and slice the white part into small rounds. Carefully place the marinated meat onto the foil and sprinkle the sliced leek on top.

5. Cover everything with foil and place in the oven to bake. The oven temperature should be approximately 180-200 degrees; cook the meat for about an hour. Remove the pork loin from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve.
