
Baked potatoes with cheddar cheese

Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F). Grease a baking dish (20x20 cm) with oil. Prepare the required ingredients. Wash and peel the vegetables. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Heat the flour in a dry skillet until a light nutty aroma appears. Add 2 tablespoons of chicken broth and stir until smooth.

Add the remaining broth, milk, salt, pepper, dried garlic, onion, and thyme. Bring to a boil and cook for several minutes until thickened. Remove from heat.

Line the bottom of a baking dish with overlapping potato slices, pour half of the sauce over it, and sprinkle with half of the grated Cheddar cheese.
