
Baked potatoes with mushrooms and cheese
Description
This dish is somewhat reminiscent of a casserole. Cheese serves as the binding ingredient here. Almost any cheese variety can be used, depending on the flavor profile you'd like to achieve: mild – Mozzarella, classic – Dutch cheese, piquant – Roquefort or Blue Cheese.

Step 1

Wash the mushrooms and slice them thinly. Take a baking dish, preferably with sides. Line it with foil. Grease the bottom of the foil with butter. Place the sliced mushrooms as the first layer. Season with salt to taste.

Peel the potatoes and slice them into rounds. Place them on top of the mushrooms, add spices and salt. The second layer is ready.

Peel the onion, slice it into half-rings, and place it over the second layer.

Cut cherry tomatoes into quarters and place them on top of the layers. Squeeze garlic into the bowl with sour cream and salt. Generously pour this sauce over the dish.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Sprinkle it on top. Then place the dish in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 50 minutes. The dish is ready!
