
Baked potato
Description
Greek-style baked potatoes turn out very attractive and delicious. Oregano gives them a pleasant aroma. You can serve these potatoes with meat, but if you're a vegetarian, you can enjoy them with a simple vegetable salad. It's very tasty—give it a try! Peel the potatoes and rinse them under running water.

Then cut into pieces of arbitrary size, large enough.

Place the potatoes in a baking dish and prepare the dressing in a separate bowl. Mix olive oil, juice of one lemon, oregano, salt, pepper, and finely chopped garlic. Stir well and pour over the potatoes.

After watering the potatoes, place them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake for 40–60 minutes. After 20–30 minutes of baking, remove the potatoes, stir them well, and return them to the oven.

Chop the fresh vegetables and add goat cheese (but you can also leave it out). Then pour lemon juice over it.
