
Baked cabbage with gremolata
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Gremolata is a mixture of garlic, herbs, and lemon zest. I suggest adding some fried bacon and a handful of nuts—it will be delicious. If you want to find out, serve hot.

1. Wash the cabbage, dry it, and remove the outer leaves if necessary. Cut it into medium-sized rounds like this.

2. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and place on a baking sheet. Put the cabbage in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.

3. Bake for about 20 minutes, then flip and brown for another 15-20 minutes on the other side.

4. In a small bowl, combine the fried bacon, chopped almonds, parsley, lemon zest, a little salt, and pepper. This will be our gremolata.
