Baked pink salmon in foil
Description
This is a very simple recipe for salmon baked in foil with onion and herbs. However, if desired, you can easily add other vegetables that can be served as a side dish. You can certainly use spices, but with such delicate fish, I recommend using a minimum to avoid overpowering its natural flavor.

Step 1

1. Wash the fish and pat it dry with a paper towel. Fold the foil in half and lightly grease it with vegetable oil. Take some salt and pepper and rub them all over the fish. You can also add lemon juice to the recipe for baked salmon in foil, but I recommend using it just before serving. Finely chop a small onion and place it inside the fish cavity along with fresh herbs.
