Baked trout with cucumber sauce

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the trout in a shallow dish. Pour broth over it. Cover with a lid and bake for 25 minutes, until cooked. Remove the skin from the cooked fish, leaving the head and tail intact. Let it cool. Just before serving, prepare the sauce. Mix cucumbers, sour cream, vinegar, and chopped tarragon in a bowl. Coat the trout with the sauce, except for the head and tail. Garnish with tarragon leaves. Serve with the remaining sauce. Serve warm.
