Pasta Casseroles
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Before baking, grease the parchment paper with vegetable oil, so the patties can easily be removed with a spatula. You can use either boiled-smoked bacon or just smoked bacon; you may even replace part of the bacon with ham—it will be just as tasty and aromatic. Try my pasta patties. The ready dish can now be served.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. Bring the water for cooking spaghetti to a boil and add salt.
- 2
Step 2

While the water is coming to a boil, cut the bacon into thin strips or small cubes, grate the cheese, and finely chop the herbs.
- 3
Step 3

Boil the pasta for 6-7 minutes, then drain in a colander.
- 4
Step 4

Add the cream, raw eggs, bacon, herbs, and half of the cheese.
- 5
Step 5

Stir well, then keep the saucepan over a double boiler so the cheese melts slightly.
- 6
Step 6

Using a fork and a spoon, twist them into little roses as shown in the photo, placing them directly onto a parchment paper sheet. I got 12 pieces.
- 7
Step 7

Sprinkle them with breadcrumbs.
- 8
Step 8

Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes at 200 degrees.
- 9
Step 9

Remove the baked dishes from the oven, sprinkle with chopped herbs, and serve. Enjoy!
