Breaded Pork Chops with Mustard

Description
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Place breadcrumbs with vegetable oil on a baking sheet. Bake the breadcrumbs until golden, tossing once, for 7 to 10 minutes. Transfer the toasted breadcrumbs to a bowl. Reduce the oven temperature to 200 degrees. Meanwhile, using a meat mallet, pound the pork chops. Spread mustard on the pork chops and season with salt and pepper. Coat the chops in the toasted breadcrumbs. Place the chops on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
