Frozen Syrniki in the Air Fryer
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Syrniki made in the air fryer come out with a crispy golden crust and are very tender inside. I'll show you today,
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Regardless of whether your syrniki are homemade or from a store brand, you do not need to thaw them beforehand.
- 2
Step 2

Line the air fryer basket with special parchment paper, or brush it with vegetable oil so the syrniki don’t stick.
- 3
Step 3

Place the frozen semi-finished products. I’m using homemade syrniki (cottage cheese pancakes) made from curd cheese with rice flour.
- 4
Step 4

Bake the syrniki at 180 degrees for 15–20 minutes.
- 5
Step 5

Around the 12-minute mark, I removed the basket from the air fryer and flipped all the syrniki to the other side, then put them back in to finish cooking.
- 6
Step 6

The finished syrniki turn out with an appetizing golden crust and are very tender inside.
- 7
Step 7

Serve the syrniki with sour cream, condensed milk, or jam.
- 8
Step 8

The baking is ready. Serve with tea.
