
Frozen cauliflower in a pan
Description
The recipe won't take much time. A great option for a snack or a side dish to meat, fish, or poultry—fried frozen cauliflower. Cauliflower florets turn out very tasty when cooked in batter. Fry them in vegetable oil in a skillet, either frozen or fresh. Serve hot.

1. Don't worry if you don't have fresh cauliflower! You can use frozen instead. I usually set aside about a kilogram of florets for winter to treat my family with various delicious dishes. First, you need to partially thaw the cauliflower. To do this, I leave it in the bag in warm water for 20–30 minutes.

2. After that, carefully separate the florets, wash them under running water, and place them into salted boiling water. Boil the florets for about 2 minutes and drain in a colander. Meanwhile, prepare the batter in the traditional way.

3. Dip the florets on all sides into the batter and place them in the pan.

5. Frozen cauliflower fried in a pan is served hot or cold as a snack. You can optionally add a little mayonnaise to the batter.
