    Prepare all the ingredients. For the mince, a mixed blend works best; any cheese that melts well is fine. If you don’t have milk on hand, you can safely substitute kefir.

    Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add diced onion and fry until soft. Then add the minced meat and, breaking up any lumps with a spatula, cook for about 3–5 minutes. Add salt and spices to taste.

    In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with salt.

    Add milk and baking soda. Mix.

    Add the flour.

    Grease the baking pan with butter. Dust the bottom and sides with flour or semolina. Pour in about half of the portion of dough and spread the contents of the skillet evenly on top.

    Pour the remaining batter on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30–40 minutes. The top should turn golden brown.
