Layered pie with green onions and eggs
Description
Homemade pastry for tea. You can find many recipes for this dish online, but I've never seen an easier one. The cake turns out tender, juicy, and simply melts in your mouth. We ate the whole thing right away, even though we planned to save some for tomorrow. Next time I'll definitely make a double portion. The pastry is ready. Serve it at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

1. I boil 4 eggs, then peel and dice them finely. I wash and chop the green onions (I have a large bunch, about 100 grams), add salt and black pepper to taste, and mix everything together.

Step 2

2. Pour room-temperature kefir into a bowl, add the remaining 2 eggs, salt, and wheat flour.

Step 3

3. Thoroughly mix the contents of the bowl, add the baking soda that has been neutralized with vinegar.

Step 4

4. The finished dough should be liquid, slightly thicker than pancake batter.

Step 5

5. Grease the baking dish (I use a ceramic one) with oil and pour in half of the prepared batter. Then add the filling made of onion and egg.

Step 6

6. Next, I layer thin slices of butter.

Step 7

7. Pour the remaining dough over the filling and put the pie in the oven.

Step 8

8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about an hour (time may vary depending on the oven).

Step 9

9. Cut the pie into pieces and serve. It turns out to be a very tasty and juicy dish.
