
Apple and Black Currant Jellied Pie in a Multicooker
Description
Baking in a multicooker is not troublesome at all. By adding apples and currants to the regular dough, we get a fragrant and beautiful cake.

Wash the apples, remove the cores, and cut them into slices.

Sprinkle the greased multicooker bowl with a few spoons of sugar, arrange apples in a circle. Place the currants on top. If the berries are frozen, do not thaw. Sprinkle sugar over the top as well.

For the dough, whisk together kefir, eggs, butter, and sugar.

Add the flour mixture sifted with baking soda. Quickly mix with a whisk until smooth.

Pour the batter over the apples. Bake using the baking setting for 45 minutes. Let cool slightly.

Using the steamer rack, carefully remove the cake by inverting it onto the rack. Let the cake cool on the rack.
