Jellied pie with mackerel
Description
Perfectly goes with tea and coffee. Prepare the dough. Finely chop the onion, grate the potato, and mash the fish with a spoon. Pour part of the dough into a baking dish. Layer the ingredients: first the potato, then the onion, then the fish. Pour the remaining dough over the top. Bake the pie in the oven. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Beat the eggs into a container, add a pinch of salt and a pinch of baking soda (do not need to neutralize it with vinegar). Mix everything thoroughly with a mixer.
- 2
Step 2

Add mayonnaise with sour cream and mix. You can use plain yogurt (without additives) instead of sour cream: the taste will not suffer.
- 3
Step 3

Add 6 tablespoons of flour (heaping). Mix everything using a mixer.
- 4
Step 4

The dough should resemble liquid sour cream: it turns out to be liquid in consistency.
- 5
Step 5

Peel the onion and finely chop it.
- 6
Step 6

Peel the potatoes and coarsely grate them.
- 7
Step 7

The mackerel should be mashed with a fork (with butter).
- 8
Step 8

Grease the baking pans with vegetable oil. Sprinkle semolina over the bottom and sides. Then pour half of the batter into the pan and carefully smooth it out with a spoon.
- 9
Step 9

Place the potatoes on the dough.
- 10
Step 10

On top — onion. Spread it out properly so that it evenly covers the potatoes in the end.
- 11
Step 11

Place the saury on the onion.
- 12
Step 12

Now pour the remaining batter over everything. If necessary, smooth it out with a spoon.
- 13
Step 13

Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 170-180 degrees. It will take about 30-40 minutes; a golden crust should form at the end.
